Victoria and David Beckham have had infidelity and divorce rumours follow them wherever they go for many years now, and most recently, they have come out again and deny that they are getting divorced after another string of rumours that suggest David Beckham has been unfaithful.
The couple have already survived a few scandals and more than a little rumour and innuendo, given that in 2004 the tabloid press set upon the ex-footballer after he was pictured in his Real Madrid days in a Madrid bar with a woman believed to be his assistant.
At the time, the woman’s brother spoke to the tabloids and claimed that David and her had had an affair, but the former England captain was quick to speak for himself, saying to E!: “During the past few months I have become accustomed to reading more and more ludicrous stories about my private life.
“What appeared this morning is just one further example. The simple truth is that I am very happily married. I have a wonderful wife and two very special kids. There is nothing any third party can do to change these facts.”
But now, more rumours have persisted over affairs on the part of David Beckham.
The alleged affair
After years of affair rumours, things flared up once again when allegations emerged that David Beckham had been having an affair with six-year-old Harper Seven’s school teacher, and that he had even gotten her pregnant.
The shock allegations emerged online, and it wasn’t long before Twitter exploded with gossip.
One of the earliest tweets out there that made the allegations came from Lee Mara, who shared, “Right apparently… David Beckham has got his daughter’s teacher pregnant & they are getting a divorce.”
And when someone asked him exactly how he knew this, he added, “Can’t say how I know…..but I know.”
While no one knew exactly where the rumour came from, and no one knew whether it was even true or not, that of course didn’t stop people from assuming it was and therefore blasting David Beckham for what could be a complete lie.
But hey, that’s social media, if someone says it, then it’s obviously true.
Fans revealed their shock, heartbreak and disgust at David Beckham because of these allegations.
Several people took to social media and called the footballer “trash”, and others admitted they weren’t surprised.
The gossip was only contained to social media, but later the speculation grew among industry insiders that it could indeed be the final straw, as the couple have previously admitted that “marriage is difficult”.
The father of the teacher in question was also keen to shut down any talk of an affair, as he branded the suspicion and rumours “nonsense.”
He added: “My daughter has never even met him [David]. End of story.”
He spoke to The Sun on Sunday and said: “This is ridiculous. We have no idea where it has come from. She is a very pretty, attractive girl and been linked to it by fake news.”
Victoria has her say
After all the rumours, Victoria has had her say on the issue. Speaking at the Forbes Women’s Summit in NYC this week, she spoke about her family and said: “I try really, really hard. I try hardest to be the best mother, I am trying to be the best wife and the best professional.”
“When I get home I try to put the phone down and spend time with the children and spend time with David.”
She also spoke about her husband and said: “I have the support of an incredible husband.”
“We really are equal with everything we do at home with the children. When I’m away he’s the one doing the school run and doing the cooking.”
What the Beckham’s spokesperson has said
As the rumours of the affair swirled on social media, the pair released a statement via a spokesperson, which said: “This is all very bizarre and an embarrassing waste of time. There is no statement due, no divorce, and a lot of Chinese whispers and fake social media news.”
The spokesperson for the couple also added that the rumours were “a crock of s…”.
Victoria, just hours before rumours broke of their break up, posted an Instagram of herself and son, Harper with a message for David, illustrating that thing were fine. “Morning cuddles x So much love 🙏🏻 We love and miss u @davidbeckham 💕💕💕💕” Victoria wrote.

The previous affair scandal (not Rebecca Loos)
Posh and Becks suffered a similar scandal in 2004. David was spotted with another woman believed to be his PA at a nightclub in Madrid, leading to tabloid rumours. The woman in question had her brother come and and say that she was having an affair with David. The media of course went crazy.
David however, did not stand for the media speculation and stated: “During the past few months I have become accustomed to reading more and more ludicrous stories about my private life,” David said in a statement then, per E!. “What appeared this morning is just one further example. The simple truth is that I am very happily married. I have a wonderful wife and two very special kids. There is nothing any third party can do to change these facts.”
Rebecca Loos now
“I like the way my life has taken me. If I hadn’t been famous, I would not have been invited on the TV show where I met my husband Sven and had my lovely boys. I would not have had the life I have now.
“I took a lot of wrong decisions and got talked into a lot of things. Of course, if I could go back in time I might change some things, but wouldn’t everyone? I have no regrets.
“[Sven and I] are as madly in love as we were the day we met and I am so proud of him. We are an excellent team. I’m totally supportive of everything he does. I love staying at home to look after the house and the children while he pursues his dreams and comes home a happy man.”
And they certainly enjoy a happy home life – one which Rebecca thinks would not be possible in Britain.
“My life could not be better. It is a total contrast to my life before. I used to get up at 9pm and roll in at 6am. But I wasn’t really fulfilled and I was lonely. Now I am literally in bed by 9.30 pm, up at 6am and I never feel alone.
“But it’s so much easier to have children in Norway. Everything is geared towards family life – you get your full salary for nine months during maternity leave, then the dad gets HIS full salary for three months. If you stay at work late, even beyond 4pm, and you have a family, people frown at you.
“I’m a single parent 50 percent of the time because my husband is away so much but I am content on my own.
