Written by Academy Award-winning writer, and national treasure, Emma Thompson, Last Christmas tells the story of Kate (Emelia Clarke) who is given another shot at life after almost dying from an illness.
With her new lease of life, Kate hops from one bad decision to another and continually bumps into the same man, Tom (Henry Golding), as he starts to push down her barriers and sees through her many layers.
Last Christmas features the national treasure of music, George Michael, who 35 years ago penned one of the best Christmas songs of all time, Last Christmas, and it seems like Emma Thompson has essentially created a Christmas version of Mamma Mia!
