Baileys red velvet cupcakes are now a thing which means you’re going to have to loosen your belt, as they look irresistible!
Think about it… a moist ruby-red sponge that has a smooth topping of cream cheese with has a deeply divine chocolatey essence – yes it sounds incredible and we want it now!
Red velvet has proven the test of time in the cake department and now Baileys has joined up with American-born Hummingbird Bakery to put the ultimate boozy spin on the red-tinted cupcake.
Baileys Red Velvet liqueur, which was launched last November, now has a companion in the form of Baileys Red Velvet Cupcake Deluxe which has that extra kick we all really want from a spongey piece of cake.
The creamy Baileys liqueur has been combined with all the deliciousness of a red velvet cupcake – chocolatey, cheesecake-y and the succulence of a red velvet cupcake. How could you possibly resist it?
Baileys has described the taste as “made for dessert lovers, combining that classic red velvet cheesecake-y taste with a Baileys twist.”
The scrumptious cakes make the perfect treat with your partner or friends this Valentine’s Day and will be launching across all London branches of Hummingbird Bakery and online throughout next month.
This isn’t the only new sweet treat on the market. It has just been announced that KitKat has joined with Lotus Biscoff to make the ultimate chocolate wafer bar with luscious Biscoff cream.
