Adalia Rose Williams, who touched the hearts of millions with her popular YouTube channel, has died, aged 15.

The social media star, who often opened up about her journey with the syndrome Progeria, is believed to have passed away on the evening of January 12.

In an emotional Facebook post, her family wrote: “January 12, 2022 at 7pm Adalia Rose Williams was set free from this world. She came into it quietly and left quietly, but her life was far from it.

“She touched MILLIONS of people and left the biggest imprint in everyone that knew her. She is no longer in pain and is now dancing away to all the music she loves.

“I really wish this wasn’t our reality but unfortunately it is. We want to say thank you to everyone that loved and supported her.

“Thank you to all her doctors and nurses that worked for YEARS to keep her healthy.

“The family would now like to mourn this huge loss in private.”

After hearing the tragic news, many of William’s fans took to the comments and paid tribute.

One follower commented: “This makes me so sad. Adalia Rose brought so much love and joy to the world. May she rest in peace.”

Another added: “She had the most amazing spirit and positive attitude. I loved her sass!!!”

Williams, from Texas, US, is believed to have been just one of 500 people around the world to have Progeria.

The condition means that a person’s body will age faster than it should, and those with it have a low life expectancy of just 13 years old.

As well as affecting growth, it can also cause issues with joints and a person’s voice.
