Adele Says Her New Album Will Drop In September

Adele has announced that she has plans to drop her next album sometime in September, to the delight of fans across the world.

It’s been nearly five years since Adele’s last album ‘25’ was being played on every radio station and now the time has come for us all to hear what else the singer has to offer with her newest album, which the singer says will drop later on this year.

Just weeks ago, her manager, Jonathon Dickins, claimed that Adele would be releasing new music in September and this was confirmed by Adele herself at a wedding party that took place over the weekend.

Throughout the evening of her friend’s wedding, Adele was on hand to sing some of her classics such as ‘Rolling In The Deep’ and she informed everyone she would be releasing new music in September, which she has dedicated much of her time to.

Last year, the 31-year-old split with partner Simon Konecki and based on this, we can assume that the epic tunes of this next album will feature some heartbreak and a little bit of drama.

The singer’s representatives, Benny Tarantini and Carl Fysch confirmed the news in a statement which read: ‘Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.’

The couple had been together for several years and according to reports, married in 2017, which she later confirmed at the Grammys.

According to various sources, Adele feels “alive” following the split and can’t wait to release new music.

A source said: “She is definitely getting ready both mentally and physically to promote new music. It seems it will happen later this year.

“She talks about last year as a very difficult year, and she’s said in the past that creating new music is almost like therapy.

“You can tell that she is ready to share with her fans. She is so busy, but her life is better-rounded than it was before.

“She is very fulfilled being an artist. New music is still a big deal for her, and she feels alive and happy.”

Adele originally hinted at the album when she turned 31, as she said: “This is 31…thank f***ing god – 30 tried me so hard but I’m owning it and trying my hardest to lean into it all.

“For the first time in a decade, I’m ready to feel the world around me and look up for once.”

The star then went on to joke that she planned an album of drum and bass.
