However, fans on social media reminded the 30 Rock star that the actress was allegedly driving ‘recklessly’ leading up to the crash, which saw Heche drive through someone’s house.

One person commented: “Did you see how reckless she was driving and how she hit a building before she crashed? Did you see the RING doorbell footage? She is lucky she didn’t kill anyone.”

Another said: “She’s damn lucky she didn’t kill someone with her maniacal driving. Hope she heals and learns a lesson.”

Finally, one individual replied: “Yes I hope she is okay but hey how about saying my thoughts are with those who were nearly killed also cmon Alec.”

Heche crashed her Mini Cooper in the Mar Vista area of the California city, with witnesses reportedly claiming she was ‘driving up to 100 mph’.
