The Aquaman star has claimed during her ex’s defamation trial that before they got married, Depp told her he ‘didn’t want’ one.
Taking the stand, she alleged: “I wanted to eliminate any doubt in his mind, in other people’s minds, so I brought it up to him.”

She continued with her claims, adding: “Johnny said he would tear it up.”
Heard went on to allege that the Pirates of the Caribbean star told her: “‘If you ever brought one up to me or I saw one, I’d tear it up. The only way out of this is death. The only way out of this is death’.”
Elsewhere in the trial, the actress claimed that she wore a low-cut dress that allegedly angered her former husband.
Apparently, she wore the particular gown to the 2012 Art of Elysium’s 5th Annual Heaven Gala charity event.
When testifying, she alleged: “I wore a dress to an event once and I felt beautiful in it.
“Stupid as that sounds, I felt pretty in this dress I picked out and I showed him.

“I thought it was weird he wasn’t saying anything about it.”
Heard continued: “I left him to go do this red carpet and I was like, ‘Did you see the event I went to?’
“Basically, I felt pretty and I wanted him to say something about that I guess.”
After supposedly asking Depp if he saw her in it, she claimed he responded: “‘I think the whole world saw that, kid’.
“‘That’s how they’ll remember you, that’s how the world will remember you’.”
