A Big Brother star has tragically died aged 37.
Big Brother is a reality TV show that follows a group of people who live in isolation from the world.
The housemates are given constant challenges while under constant surveillance.
It was first broadcast in 1999 in the Netherlands, however, it’s had many spinoffs worldwide.
Monica Sirianni appeared on the 12th season of the Italian version of the show – which aired between 2011 and 2012 – and she stayed in the house for around a month.

According to reports, the media personality fell ill suddenly on Friday night during an evening out with friends in Sauveria Mannelli, a town in the province of Catanzaro.
It’s believed that Sirianni was rushed to hospital, but sadly died shortly after arriving.
Her cause of death has not yet been revealed and an investigation into her death is ongoing.

A fan of Sirianni writes on Twitter: “At the time I still watched the program and I remember it, I’m very sorry! A hug to the family.”
Another adds: “OMG…. I’m so sorry, condolences to the family.”
Over a decade ago, Sirianni made her debut on Big Brother after residing in Australia.
She decided to return to her native country, Italy, to participate in the reality TV series.

While competing on the show, Sirianni’s boyfriend Diego paid her a visit.
However, Diego became upset when he witnessed Sirianni engaging in flirtatious behaviour with another housemate, Fabrizio Conti.
After ending her relationship with Diego, she found herself entangled in a romance with Fabrizio during their time on Big Brother.
Surprisingly, their connection persisted even after leaving the confines of the show’s house.

However, their relationship was short-lived and eventually came to an end once they reintegrated into the outside world.
Following her participation in Big Brother, Sirianni chose to stay in her home country of Italy.
It is believed that her parents had previously immigrated to Australia before her foray into reality television.
