‘Black Alien,’ who recently shared an image of what he looked like before he began altering his body, has chopped two fingers off.
Anthony Loffredo, from France, began a series of intense body modifications to look like he was from outer space over a decade ago.
The 33-year-old started out with tattoos and piercings but his latest procedure has left followers in shock.

Sharing a picture from the operating theatre on Instagram, he wrote: “On the other side of the world to continue my project, the procedure is going well, one more dream that it has just come true, thank you for doing your top job, thank you Mexico in my heart.”
The Frenchman later shared a picture embarking on his recovery, writing: “Peace with me even, continued. Thanks to the energy, Preparation for the other hand.”
His page, @the_black_alien_project, has amassed over 800,000 followers on the platform and features regular updates.

Previous alterations include having his tongue cut in half, getting dermal implants inserted to make the facial bone structure look more ‘bumpy and alien,’ eyeball tattooing, and he’s had his top lip removed.
He has claimed he has had most of his surgery carried out in Mexico and Spain.
Unsurprisingly, his followers have a lot of questions about his life-changing decisions.
One comment on his page reads: “Wow! I’m curious at what point will these modifications affect your ability to live a healthy life; won’t less fingers hurt your ability to work out and lift weights, like your videos show you like doing?”
Others have claimed the doctors who carried out the surgeries ‘should go to jail’.
