Britney Spears’ estranged son, 15-year-old Jayden Federline, has broken his silence on the pop star’s snaps that have caused controversy on social media.
The 15-year-old told The Sun that he believes his mum posts on Instagram for ‘attention’ and that he hopes she will ‘stop’.
He told the publication: “Social media helps her. So if that’s what she wants to do. I’m not going to hate her for that.”

Federline added: “It’s almost like she has to post something on Instagram to get some attention.
“This has gone on for years and years and years and there’s a high chance that this will never stop but I’m hoping for me that she will stop.”

Since Spears’s 13-year-old conservatorship has come to an end, the ‘Toxic’ singer has uploaded many risky snaps online.
Following this, her ex, Kevin Federline, also told the Daily Mail that their two boys, which also includes 16-year-old Sean Federline, ‘refused’ to see Spears ‘for months’.
The 44-year-old told the news outlet: “The boys have decided that they are not seeing her right now.”
He reportedly went on to say that neither of their sons attended the star’s wedding, which included celebrity guests such as Selena Gomez and Madonna.
However, Federline went on to acknowledge that their sons are ‘happy’ for their mum.
Spears reacted to these initial statements at the time on her Instagram stories.
She penned: “It saddens me to hear that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children.
“As we all know, raising teenage boys is never easy for anyone. It concerns me the reason is based on my Instagram. It was LONG before Instagram.”
Spears added: “Only one word: HURTFUL.”

The 40-year-old’s new husband, Sam Asghari, also shared his own thoughts on Federline’s claims, writing: “There is no validity to his statement regarding the kids distancing themselves and it is irresponsible to make that statement publicly.
“The boys are very smart and will be 18 soon to make their own decisions and may eventually realize the ‘tough’ part was having a father who hasn’t worked much in over 15 years as a role model.”
Asghari clarified that he doesn’t know Federline personally, however, he won’t have him ‘vilify my wife’.
