Brooklyn Beckham, who has recently been dropped from his Superdry contract, was asked what he does for a living to drive his £1.2million car and his answer has gone viral.

The 23-year-old was approached by YouTube star Daniel Mac, who wanted to ask him a question for his viral career videos.

The social media star said to Beckham: “Hey man, what do you do for a living? Your car’s awesome.”

In response, the footballer’s son said: “Oh my god, I know you… I’m a chef.”

Hilariously, Mac then asked: “Are you like the best chef in the world?”

Politely, Beckham responded: “Trying to be.”

He went on to say introduce himself and added: “Just follow your passion. Whatever makes you happy, just keep doing it.”

So far, the clip has accumulated more than 171,000 views and hundreds have taken to the comments to share their thoughts.

“Just follow your passion, and be David Beckham’s son…,” one joked.

A second added: “Who is he trying to convince that he bought/owns that car? We all know it’s daddy’s money.”

Did he say he was a chef? Where at?” a third asked.

Others took to the comments and defended Beckham, pointing out that he ‘didn’t choose to be David Beckham’s son’.

Defending him, one wrote: “Why all the hate? Let it be, it’s his life, he has feelings like all of us.”

In agreement, another added: “He didn’t drop his last name, lie or have a pretentious, arrogant attitude… What the f*** with these comments?”

“Leave the kid alone jealous holes…,” a third fumed.
