Katie Price’s fiancé, Carl Woods, has claimed he’s a victim of ‘lies, bulls*** and manipulation’ after it was reported that he’s been ‘charged under the Public Order Act’.
The former Love Island star has taken to Instagram and addressed allegations he’s been ‘charged with using abusive or threatening insults or behaviour’.
In a live video, he claimed he has ‘proof’ that he’s never ‘attacked Katie,’ after being bombarded with messages on social media.

He stated: “Now it’s my turn, everything I say I have proof.”
Woods went on to say that the charge he faces has nothing to do with the alleged attack against Price, which took place last year, and actually, it’s because he used ‘foul language’ when the couple ‘argued in the street’.
He continued: “So everyone that’s messaging me saying, ‘Oh you attacked Katie, you did this, the truth is out’ – no, the truth’s not out. It’s not out at all.
“Look at what’s been written, nowhere has it said that I’ve been charged with assaulting Katie, they haven’t said that. No one’s said I’ve been charged with coercive controlling behaviour, nobody’s said that, cause it’s not true, it hasn’t happened.”
“I’ll tell you now, I was charged with a public order [offence], yeah I have been, me and Katie argued in the street, yeah I used foul language, I got charged for that okay, that’s a public order offence, nothing to do with anything else.”

Woods concluded by saying that he is ‘completely and utterly innocent,’ adding: “There’s lots and lots of things that I’ve got that absolutely cover me and prove that I am completely and utterly innocent, so it is coming – factual proof, black and white, unarguable, okay, unarguable.”
In the background, Price could be heard saying: “You’ve never done nothing to me, ever.”
Officers reportedly released a statement to the Mirror, which apparently claims that Woods has been ‘charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act’.
It reads: “A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.
“Carl Woods, 33, of The Meadows, Dunmow Road, Little Canfield, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
“He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10.”
