‘Tiger King’s’ Carole Baskin Is ‘Humiliated’ After Being Tricked Into Rolf Harris Video Message

Tiger King’s Carole Baskin has been left ‘humiliated’ after being tricked into sending a Rolf Harris video message on Cameo.

The animal rights activist and star of the hit docuseries was tricked into leaving a paid-for video by Australian comedian, Tom Armstrong.

Unaware of who Rolf Harris is, the 59-year-old addressed the Cameo to who she thought was a child, on their birthday.

In the message, she said: “Hi Rolf Harris, all your kids wanted to get together and tell you that you have really touched them and that they love all that you have done for them.”

Oblivious, she then referenced TV personality Jimmy Savile. After his death in 2011, numerous accusations of sexual abuse came forward.

Carole continued: “I hear there’s a lot of great stories about you and your best friend Jimmy Savile. Can’t wait to hear those.”

Before signing the clip off, she wished ‘Rolf’ a happy birthday and then blew a kiss at the camera.

Outraged by the prank, Carole told Mirror Online: “I am amazed at the lengths (and expense) people will go to in order to trash my reputation.

“Of course, I have never heard of Rolf Harris, and would not have done the Cameo had I known.

“The signature line in my email reads, ‘I ask you to judge me by the enemies I have made – Franklin D. Roosevelt’, and I think that tells you all you need to know about the kind of people who abuse me in their efforts to make others hate me.”
