In a YouTube documentary created by filmmaker Joshua Pieters, Phillips detailed the emotional distress the experience caused.
Phillips’ stunt took place in an Airbnb in London from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
It involved the adult entertainer meeting each participant, engaging in brief small talk, and asking them to lie on the bed.
The interactions were filmed, with Phillips ensuring the camera was set up properly before proceeding. She also made a point of asking participants about their preferences or boundaries.
In the documentary, Phillips acknowledged that the experience was far more demanding than anticipated.
The adult star said: “Surprisingly, downstairs isn’t sore… it took a lot longer than I thought it would be.
“When it was 40 and I wasn’t even halfway yet… it’s not for the weak girls if I’m honest, it was hard.
“I don’t know if I’d recommend it. It’s a different feeling, one in one out, it feels intense.”
Phillips also expressed concern her performance didn’t meet her partners’ expectations.
She explained: “I felt upset because I was worried I hadn’t given the men ‘a good time,’ especially since they only had a couple of minutes each.”
Pieters shared his perspective too, commenting: “I certainly didn’t expect to see Lily so upset at the end of it all.
“I thought perhaps in years to come she might look back on this day in sadness, but not so instantly afterwards.”
