Woman Claps Back At Trolls After Being ‘Shamed’ For Sleeping With 22 Guys In 10 Days To Get Over Ex
A woman has clapped back at social media trolls who ‘shamed’ her for getting over her ex by sleeping with 22 guys in 10 days.
Taila Maddison, from Newcastle, U.K., is an adult content creator who previously went viral after learning her stepdad had subscribed to her online business.
Now she’s sparked widespread controversy after revealing how she coped with a breakup.
The backlash began when her video was picked up by Freddiemc, a self-described ‘woke’ influencer who frequently offers polarizing dating advice to men.
With nearly a million followers across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, Freddiemc condemned Maddison’s actions, labeling her a ‘disgrace to her whole bloodline.’
This comment triggered a wave of negative responses, with many using Maddison’s story to criticize modern women and stigmatize her behavior.
One troll wrote: “In 15 years, she’ll be posting a video about how hard it is to find a husband.”
While others made cruel jokes about Maddison’s ex-boyfriend avoiding a ‘bullet.’
Maddison, who is no stranger to criticism due to her line of work, described this incident as a particularly harsh ‘attack’ on her openness about her s**uality.
In an interview with News.com.au, the adult star: “I try and block out most of the negativity, but on this scale, it’s hard to ignore. I think being called a ‘disgrace’ is harsh.”
She pointed out the double standards, adding: “If it was a guy who posted the video, him and his mates would be high-fiving each other and cheering about it.
“It’s extremely sad that these kinds of double standards are still here in 2024.”
Fortunately, some people have taken to social media and defended Maddison.
One person wrote: “If it was a man, the response would be entirely different.”
Emphasizing this point, Maddison said: “Men will never ever have to experience this kind of judgment or know what it’s like to be called a s***. I would never sit there and make a video about someone else’s life calling them names.”
The adult content creator, whose ex-boyfriend also finds the online drama absurd, has developed resilience and is unapologetic about her choices.
As she told trolls: “I’m going to continue whether you like it or not.”
Maddison makes a valid point about societal hypocrisy regarding there being different standards of s**ual behavior for men and women.
A study published in the National Library of Medicine found that boys with more s**ual partners tend to be more accepted by their peers, while girls with similar experiences face stigma.
The adult content creator’s recent situation is just one example of how such prejudices persist in contemporary culture.
