Three Men Who Have Slept With Adult Star Lily Phillips Reveal What It Was Like In Graphic Detail
Three men who slept with adult star Lily Phillips have revealed what the experience was like for them, in graphic detail.
Their accounts form part of a documentary by filmmaker Josh Pieters, who tracked the controversial day in which Phillips slept with 100 men in just 24 hours.
Since entering the industry in 2021, Phillips has become one of the most widely discussed names in adult entertainment.
Her work regularly generates huge online attention, not only from fans but also from critics who question the moral and psychological implications of her most extreme content.
From university student to adult star
Phillips joined the adult industry while she was still a student.
She studied nutrition and completed a foundation year in business at the University of Sheffield during the Covid-19 pandemic – a period that played a major role in her life-changing decision.
Speaking on a podcast episode for RTM Records, Phillips explained that her lifestyle at university heavily influenced her move into online adult content.
She said: “I was a bit of a s*** at university and I thought, ‘Why not try and profit off that a little bit?’”
She also revealed that pandemic disruptions gave her the final push.
With lectures canceled or moved online, she found herself detached from her studies.
The adult star said: “I don’t think I made it to one lecture. I was trying to log onto a Zoom lecture because it was Covid-y times, and couldn’t log on so I thought: ‘F*** it, I’m going to do OFs’.”
Phillips added that she had already been considering the platform for some time.
She explained: “I’d been thinking about it for a while and I’d been promiscuous anyway, so I was like: ‘Yeah, why not do it?’
“And to be honest, I didn’t think I was going to make money off it – this was like four, five years ago now so it wasn’t what it is today.
“I just thought: ‘You know, I might just be able to get a round of drinks in at university’. I didn’t think it was going to become all this.”
Challenge that changed everything
Phillips’ profile exploded internationally in 2024 after she released a video documenting her sleeping with 100 men in a single day.
For some viewers, the stunt was framed as an extreme act of s**ual empowerment. For others, it was viewed as degrading and deeply troubling.
The project drew even more scrutiny after a film was released showing Phillips experiencing visible emotional distress in the aftermath.
In the footage, she is seen breaking down in tears, raising questions about the emotional toll such content can take on performers.
Since then, Phillips has also collaborated with fellow UK adult performer Bonnie Blue, another controversial figure in the industry.
Earlier this year, Phillips claimed to have surpassed Blue’s record by sleeping with 1,113 men in one day, exceeding Bonnie’s 1,057.
First man in line to sleep with Lily Phillips
Although none of the 100 men agreed to show their faces in Pieters’ documentary, several chose to speak anonymously.
One participant revealed he was the very first to arrive at the rented Airbnb before Phillips herself had even arrived.
He told Pieters: “I’m here for the thing. I know it’s a bit early. I never really think about things before I do them. I just kind of do them and think, ‘Is that okay?’”
He also said that when he confirmed his booking, he was encouraged to recruit others. The message asked him to reach out to any friends ‘who’d like to take part’ as well.
Despite signing up willingly, he admitted he had doubts about his own safety, saying: “One of my motivations for coming here, is, like, ‘Is it going to happen? Am I gonna get mugged?’”
All participants were required to take STI tests, show identification, and sign legal release forms before being allowed to take part.
Man who flew in from Switzerland
Another participant traveled internationally for his five-minute slot with Phillips, flying from Switzerland to London specifically for the event.
He told Pieters: “I came last night and I’m leaving basically after. I went for the authentic experience, I had pie in the pub.”
He also revealed that he had followed Phillips’ career since the early days of her OFs. He described himself as a fan from ‘the beginning.’
Despite his enthusiasm, he admitted nerves set in once he arrived. Seeing the line of men waiting made the reality of the situation feel more intense.
He also acknowledged concerns about s**ual health testing among the other participants.
When asked whether he was worried some of the other men wouldn’t be honest about their STI checks, he replied: “A little bit,” before adding: “I think the risk for the guys is maybe less high than for her.”
The man described the financial cost of the experience as significant.
He labelled it ‘the most expensive s*** ever,’ explaining that he paid £200 for medical testing, around £250 for flights, and spent £800 in total on the trip – roughly equivalent to over $1,000 in US currency.
When asked if he felt it was worth the expense, he replied instantly: “Without a doubt.”

A third man interviewed by Pieters appeared visibly shaken after leaving the room with Phillips.
Still trembling, he explained the impulsive nature of his decision: “It’s not something I would normally do but I saw it and thought I might as well, you know.
“I think I saw it, and thought, ‘F*** it, might as well just do it.’”
He said that participants were told they would each have five minutes with Phillips.
However, he claimed that his session ran slightly longer because the timer wasn’t started immediately.
He also admitted he had no idea how many men had gone before him, adding that this uncertainty bothered him ‘a little bit.’
When asked how he felt once it was over, he replied honestly: “A bit nervous really. If anyone finds out, my dad would kick me out.”
Phillips breaks down after completing the challenge
Once the final participant had left, Phillips was interviewed by Pieters herself.
The emotional weight of the day appeared to overwhelm her as she struggled to hold back tears.
She said: “It’s not for the weak girls, if I’m honest – it was hard.
“I don’t know if I’d recommend it. It’s a different feeling. It’s just one in, one out, it feels intense.”
Moments later, she began to cry on camera.
The scene has since become central to ongoing debates about the human cost of extreme adult content and whether viral notoriety comes at too high a psychological price.
