People Are Only Just Realizing Angryginge’s Real Name
Fans of British streamer Angryginge have been left stunned after learning the influencer’s real name.
The 23-year-old YouTuber, best known for his FIFA and soccer content, is part of the new season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The long-running UK reality series, which strands celebrities in the Australian jungle for three weeks and forces them to take on messy, extreme ‘Bushtucker Trials,’ returned on Sunday, November 16.
This year’s lineup includes musician Martin Kemp, Jack Osbourne, Ruby Wax, model Kelly Brook, rapper Aitch, and Angryginge, among others.
The YouTuber reportedly caught producers’ attention following his participation in this year’s Soccer Aid.
While viewers know him as Angryginge, most had no idea what his actual name was until a now-viral clip began circulating on social media.
Fans react to finding out Angryginge’s name
The viral video shows the streamer reducing former English soccer star Micah Richards to uncontrollable laughter after revealing his name.
Viewers have flooded comment sections, amused not just by the name reveal but by Richards’ infectious reaction.
One fan wrote: “This is hilarious. The way they both laughed had me.
“The guy’s voice went up five pitches when he laughed – rolling back in the chair.”
Another joked: “His name is built for a Harry Potter character.”
A third added: “He couldn’t even say his own last name without laughing.”
Angryginge reveals name
The video, which has blown up on Reddit, begins with Richards asking him: “What’s your government name?”
Angryginge replies with “Morgan,” sending the ex-Manchester City defender into a full-body laugh as he shouts: “WHAT? Morgan?”
Trying to defend himself, Angryginge asks: “What’s wrong with that?”
Richards, still cracking up, shoots back: “Deary, deary, deary me… Morgan?”
The streamer then shares another detail that only adds to the moment.
He says: “The worst thing as well is that because I’m ginger, when I was born my dad wanted to dye my hair!”
Still curious, Richards asks for his last name.
When Angryginge replies “Burtwistle,” Richards completely loses it again.
The YouTuber joins in the laughter as Richards repeats: “Deary, deary, deary me Morgan Burtwistle.”
Despite not being as well-known as some of the other contestants, Angryginge has built a strong online following and is already considered the bookmakers’ early favorite to win I’m A Celebrity 2025.
