‘Disgusting’ Pic Of Chrissy Teigen And Children Sparks Outrage
Chrissy Teigen has sparked outrage on social media after sharing a ‘disgusting’ photo with her children.
The former Lip Sync Battle host recently took to Instagram and shared a series of photos of herself alongside her young children: Miles, Esti, and Wren.
She kept the caption lighthearted, simply writing: “BAHHHHHHHHHHH.”
While the majority of the carousel induced heart-warming comments from fans, one image sparked a heated debate in the comments section.
Teigen shares her four children with her husband, singer John Legend.
The couple, who tied the knot in Italy in September 2013, began their parenting journey in April 2016 with the birth of their daughter Luna, followed by Miles in 2018. In 2023, they welcomed Esti and later Wren, the latter born via surrogate.
Teigen has been open about her experiences with motherhood, including the heartbreak of pregnancy loss.
In 2020, she and Legend lost their son, Jack, at 20 weeks gestation due to pregnancy complications.
In a Medium essay, Teigan spoke candidly of her grief, describing the loss as her ‘greatest pain.’
The model and her husband have matching tattoos on their wrists in honor of their late son. They also have additional ink tributes dedicated to each other and their children.
Now, the TV personality is facing a backlash from followers after sharing a photo of her children in the bathtub.
Many have voiced concerns about the kids’ privacy, calling the photo ‘weird’ and ‘disgusting.’
One follower wrote: “This is a moment that should be kept private.”
Another commented: “They are way too old to be in the bath with you.”
“Not appropriate at all,” said a third.
Somebody else penned: “The bath pic is weird and unnecessary.”
Addressing the haters, Teigen decided to set the record straight and responded: “It’s a coconut milk bath for sensitive skin but go off!”
However, not all responses have been negative. Many of Teigen’s fans have defended her choice to share the intimate family moment.
“Just waiting on the Karens to rip you a new one for doing something every mom has done,” one Instagram user remarked.
A second commented: “These kids have a better relationship with their parents than any of you moms shaming her.”
Another chimed in: “Making something out of nothing…”
“Nothing strange or odd about bathing with your kids,” noted a fourth.
