Anna Grace Phelan Has Died Aged 19
Teenage TikTok star Anna Grace Phelan has sadly passed away at the age of just 19 years old.
TikTok users are mourning after the sad news of Phelan’s death was shared on social media.
The popular star had built up a huge following of more than 150,000 supporters on the social media platform, where she shared her life story with dedicated fans.
News of her death was confirmed on her social media, with supporters rushing to leave comments of love and support for her bereaved family and friends.
Phelan’s family shared the tragic news on social media, writing a heartbreaking tribute: “It is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
The obituary continued: “So many of you have followed her journey through a difficult battle with cancer and bore witness to her powerful testimony of faith.
“Thank you for the countless thousands of prayers for healing and peace. May we all rejoice with the assurance that she is in Heaven now, and she has been healed. Let us also remember that the only path to the promised kingdom of Heaven is through salvation in Jesus Christ.”
Fans have been reacting to the tragic news and offering support to the family.
“I’ve ordered my first ever bible in my 20s in Anna’s honor as she inspired me so much I really felt called to God,” wrote one.
“Life will never be the same without you, fly high my angel,” added another.
“To Anna’s family and friends, we pray for your healing hearts. We have all loved your daughter’s pure soul, strength, and pure love of Jesus Christ. She has taught us all so much,” praised a third follower.
The TikTok star had been documenting her battle with cancer after she was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor known as a glioblastoma.
Phelan had been diagnosed with the condition less than a year ago, but had shared her journey with fans who had been holding out hope for a recovery for her.
The influencer lived in Georgia but was originally from Florida, and kept fans updated with her posts on TikTok, after receiving a diagnosis just days before she was due to start at college.
Phelan revealed on TikTok that she had noticed numbness on one side of her face and in one leg, which caused doctors to send her for an MRI scan.
“I started losing my balance. I started having vision problems in my left eye, and my numbness in my face and on my leg is still here. … My speech started to seem weird. My head’s very foggy,” she shared with fans.
The scan sadly revealed a lesion on her brain, which was confirmed to be cancer after further tests.
She shared the news of her diagnosis in September 2024, saying: “This is definitely the hardest news I’ve ever received. By all means, this is not easy. Just going to trust in the Lord and try and keep pushing forward.”
Phelan’s family have confirmed there will be a funeral and gathering to celebrate her life on May 29.
