Kourtney Kardashian’s Son Speaks Out On Rumors Justin Bieber Is His Father
Kourtney Kardashian’s son has addressed widespread speculation regarding Justin Bieber being his father.
The Kardashians star shares three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, with her ex-partner, Scott Disick.
The pair separated in 2015 and the reality TV star has since gone on to marry Travis Barker, the drummer for rock band Blink-182. They welcomed a son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, in 2023.
Now, Kourtney is reported to be deeply concerned about her son’s exposure to social media after her 10-year-old son Reign addressed the long-standing rumor about Bieber being his father during an Instagram Live session.
An insider revealed that Kourtney had never broached the subject with Reign, and believes this was likely the first time he had encountered the rumors.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, a source said: “Kourtney was livid. She told him that there are so many silly rumors about the family and that he is not to believe anything.
“She tries to keep her kids away from this stuff, but as they get older, it becomes more difficult.”
It’s reported that Kourtney is particularly worried about Reign’s online presence and would prefer that he avoid family matters or address speculation.
“If he continues to do it, it is only a matter of time before he says something damaging,” the source added.
Kourtney is reportedly taking steps to manage the situation before it escalates. It’s said she has ‘talked to him about her concerns’ and ‘knows he doesn’t realize the impact he has and that people are watching his every move.’
The incident unfolded when Reign appeared on an Instagram Live session with Scooter Jackson, who is currently dating his stepsister, Alabama Barker.
During the session, a viewer asked if Bieber was the 10-year-old’s father, prompting Reign to dismiss the claim.
Kourtney’s son said: “No, he’s not. Bro, I swear, Justin Bieber is not my dad. Scotty… Scotty… Scotty is my dad.
“I don’t know how old my mom was, but I think Justin Bieber was 16 when I got born. I don’t think my mom would do that.”
Bieber, who has been married to Hailey Bieber since 2018 and welcomed a son named Jack Blues Bieber in 2024, was once rumored to have had a romantic connection with Kourtney in 2015.
However, Reign was born on December 14, 2014, a year before the alleged relationship.
Speculation swirled about Bieber and Kourtney spending time together following her split from Disick.
At the time, a source told Us Weekly: “Justin started hanging out with Kourtney alone because she started going out more. He’s been showing her a good time.”
Another source told People: “They have hooked up a few times, including recently. It happens in LA. He has met her kids, but they don’t hook up around the kids. It’s on nights when she has help and is able to go out.”
Bieber himself addressed the rumors on The Bert Show radio program, joking (per Metro): “I’m being used, man. What can I say?”
He also posted a cryptic Instagram photo of himself embracing a woman against a car – leading many to speculate that it was Kourtney.
