In an interview several years ago, Fazio said her initial intention was to make minor changes to her buttocks, but her boyfriend influenced her to pursue more significant enhancements.
Her brother, George Oliveira, attributed her tragic outcome to the pressures she faced working for television networks Rede TV and Record TV, which exposed her to a toxic environment focused on perfection.
Oliveira says she strived to meet the aesthetic standards imposed upon her, leading her to undergo multiple procedures without confiding in her family or seeking their support.

Initially, Fazio’s butt lift was performed by a doctor who refused to apply additional silicone during her subsequent visit.
Subsequently, she allegedly turned to a man claiming to be a nurse, who administered injections at a friend’s house.
Fazio reportedly experienced complications as early as three years ago, requiring hospitalisation in 2021 to remove silicone that had spread throughout her body.

Over time, Fazio allegedly underwent a total of seven surgeries following her initial procedure.
She is believed to have faced numerous health challenges, including hypercalcemia and kidney overload due to the use of corticosteroids.
The content creator’s condition reportedly became increasingly complex, and she was diagnosed with fungal endocarditis, with doctors suspecting that the bacteria may have spread to her brain, resulting in the stroke that ultimately took her life.
Oliveira expressed his devastation, emphasising the deep void left by his sister’s passing.
No arrests have been made.
The circumstances surrounding Fazio’s death raise further concerns about underground practices and risks associated with unregulated cosmetic procedures.
