Ex-Nurse Who Quit To Become Adult Star Reveals Staggering Amount She Makes A Month
A former nurse who quit her career to become an adult star has revealed just how much money she makes every month.
Allie Rae, born in Boston, Massachusetts, is a former nurse who was pushed out of her medical profession when colleagues found her spicy online content.
The star says that the unfortunate revelation led to her pursuing the X-rated life full-time.
And the financial gain has been a no-brainer.
Allie noted that the trouble at work started when a person brought the star’s Instagram to her manager’s attention, at which point they discussed their social media policy with her, with ‘no problem.’
Speaking with the Metro, Allie said: “Then a couple months later, I get called back into my manager’s office, and they had screenshots of my OFs.”
She added: “They had blurred it out and stuff, but they had said that there were nurses on the unit that were uncomfortable with the fact that I had an OFs and the things that I was doing online.
“At that time, I advocated for myself and reassured them that I wasn’t disclosing where I was working, I wasn’t disclosing my real name, and I didn’t see how this was affecting the unit or how it was any of their business.”
Allie no longer felt respected by her colleagues, and the situation gave her no other option than to leave permanently.
“I felt like people didn’t look at me as the same professional that I was, and I was an incredibly educated, very senior nurse on the unit – highly respected,” she said.
After feeling like the ‘perception’ of her had changed, Allie decided to take OFs seriously, and has seemingly never looked back.
It didn’t take long for her to start earning between $20,000 (£14,570) and $30,000 (£21,860) between nursing and OFs each month, having been earning $7,000 (£5,100) just through her day job.
She explained that August’s earnings break down into roughly $175,000 (£127,640) earned through pay-per-view messaging, while the rest is earned through subscriptions, which cost $12.99 (approx £9.50) each.
And the star has approximately 15,250 paid subscribers.
Allie added: “I never could understand how this directly affected the unit.
“I can understand staff having an opinion on it, but people have opinions on other staff’s political views, you know?
“How was this any different?”
