Owen Wilson Fans Are Speechless After Learning He Has A Famous Brother
Owen Wilson fans have been left shocked after learning he has a famous brother.
Born on November 18, 1968, in Dallas, Texas, Wilson rose to fame in the 1990s and 2000s with roles in comedies such as Wedding Crashers, Zoolander, and The Royal Tenenbaums.
The latter of which, Wilson co-wrote with director Wes Anderson, earning them an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay.
Wilson’s career also includes voice work, most notably as Lightning McQueen in Pixar’s Cars series.
Known for his quirky charm and ‘wow’ catchphrase, he has become a beloved figure in Hollywood.

Wilson is one of three children, with both his siblings being in the industry too.
A TikTok recently went viral in which the actor is pictured with his celebrity siblings, and it has since been viewed millions of times.
One person wrote: “I was today years old when I realized this guy is Owen Wilson’s brother.”
Another commented: “Now I know why he looks so familiar. Never thought about them being brothers!”
“Why does this make so much sense? I always thought they looked similar,” somebody else said.
A fourth added: “How did I not realize?”
But some fans weren’t surprised, appearing to have known about the famous siblings for quite some time.
One penned: “Girl, what?! Everybody knows they are brothers, they talk exactly the same!”
Another said: “Am I really old? I thought everyone knew this.”

The viral image showed Legally Blonde, My Super Ex-Girlfriend, and Old School actor Luke Wilson.
Although Luke has had rather large shoes to fill, he’s had no issues in paving his own way in the industry.
He is best known for his portrayal of Emmett in Legally Blonde – a law student who eventually falls in love with Reese Witherspoon’s iconic character, Elle Woods.
Luke has also had critically acclaimed work in some lesser-known pictures, too, including Henry Poole Is Here, Death at a Funeral, and The Goldfinch.
But this isn’t the only famous brother of Owen Wilson.

The eldest of the three Wilson brothers, Andrew, is also a successful actor and director in his own right.
He has enjoyed roles in movies such as Drew Barrymore’s Whip It, Fever Pitch with Jimmy Fallon, and Time Trap.
Andrew has shared the screen with his film star brothers on several occasions, including in multiple Wes Anderson movies, such as Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, and The Royal Tenenbaums.
The trio’s parents are also well-known, with Robert Andrew Wilson, a TV director, and Laura Wilson, an esteemed photographer.
Robert passed away aged 75 in 2017. The couple had been married for 54 years.
