Bella And Gigi Hadid’s Stunning Secret Sister Leaves Fans Speechless
Bella and Gigi Hadid have a stunning secret half-sister they’ve only just found out about.
The newest addition to the Hadid clan was revealed by the Daily Mail, as 23-year-old Aydan Nix, who lives in New York.
She is reported to have graduated from fashion school and only found out she was related to the Hadid sisters by accident.
Fans have taken to social media and revealed they were left speechless after seeing that she’s just as stunning as her famous model sisters.
One person says: “The whole family got amazing genes, omg.”
Another adds: “How can they all be so perfect?!”
Bella and Gigi Hadid released a statement on May 30: “Over 20 years ago, our dad, while single, had a brief relationship that led to a pregnancy.”
Nix found out she was related to the sisters after she did a DNA test ‘out of curiosity.’
The statement continued: “Aydan was born and raised in Florida, growing up with the man she lovingly knew as her father until his sudden passing when she was 19. After his passing, she decided to take a genetic test out of curiosity, and that’s how she discovered a biological connection to us.
“We first connected in late 2023, and from that moment on, we’ve embraced Aydan with open arms. She’s spent time with all of us, including our dad, and we’ve cherished this unexpected and beautiful addition to our family.
“As siblings, we’ve had many open and loving conversations – with Aydan included – about how to support and protect her. Aydan and her family value their privacy, and we fully respect that. We kindly ask others to do the same and honor her wish and right to her anonymity as she continues her life as a young woman in New York.”
It was after the man Nix thought of as her dad died that she decided to do a test, and the connection was uncovered with her real father being Mohamed Hadid.
He has not said anything publicly, although he does now follow his daughter on Instagram, as do Bella and Gigi.
An insider told US Weekly: “Bella, Gigi, and Anwar have met Ayden and have been in touch with her for about a year and a half now.
“They have welcomed her with open arms and are fully embracing her as their sibling.”
They said the discovery was a ‘complete shock to the whole family.’
“They kept this news a secret for the sake of Ayden’s privacy,” the source added. “The Hadid sisters and Anwar have tried to not pass judgment about the situation.”
Understandably, the family had ‘a lot of questions’ to start but they have remained ‘positive’ and ‘open-minded.’
The insider continued: “The family wanted to keep things private until Ayden was ready. Gigi and Bella have given her space but are always warm and there for her if she wants to get in touch or see them.
“They don’t see each other often and haven’t spent much time together. Ayden has a lot in common with Bella and Gigi and they have bonded over NYC and the fashion industry. She looks up to the girls a lot.”
The source described the relationship between Mohamed and Nix as a ‘slow burn.’
“Mohamed took accountability and shared the news to the family, and that is when they all connected as a whole. Mohamed isn’t close with Ayden, but is there for her. They are all figuring things out,” they added.
