Wild ‘N Out star Jacky Oh’s cause of death has been disclosed.

Jacky Oh, who was born Jacklyn Smith, starred on the popular MTV show alongside her partner, D.C. Young Fly.

Wild ‘N Out was a US sketch comedy and rap battle improv game which was hosted and created by Nick Cannon.

Smith also sold real estate and launched her own lip gloss line.

Outside of her career, the TV star welcomed three children: Nova, 6, Nala, 3, and Prince’ Nehemiah, 14 months.

Fans were left devastated when it was confirmed Smith had died on May 31 aged just 32 years old.

“Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild ‘N’Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.

“The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.”

A representative for the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s Office tells People magazine that the star died from complications from cosmetic surgery, as was first reported by TMZ.

Smith’s manner of death has been ruled accidental.

According to The Los Angeles Times, the autopsy report states that Smith had undergone a ‘gluteal augmentation procedure’ the day before her passing.

She reportedly had liposuction to transfer fat to her buttocks.

The report states that Smith underwent the procedure without any complications and that post-surgery, she was prescribed the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin, pain medication Oxycodone and anti-nausea medication Ondansetron.

Smith reportedly developed a headache that continued to intensify after a massage, the report states. It’s believed a nurse advised her to take Ibuprofen and stop the Ondansetron.

Smith reportedly told her aunt that her head felt like it was ‘burning’ and shortly after, she struggled to speak.

Her aunt contacted emergency services at this point but the mum-of-three became unresponsive before they arrived.

After being transported to HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, Smith was pronounced dead.

The autopsy report reportedly says that Smith had swelling in her brain and bleeding of the skin around her torso.

At Smith’s memorial at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church in Atlanta back in June, her longtime partner D.C. Young Fly – whose real name is John Whitfield – shared an emotional eulogy.

He said: “Jack, you know I love you girl. You know! But we’re here, baby. Like you said, this feels like a dream, feels like a fairy tale… but this ain’t no fairy tale. And if Joseph didn’t complain, I won’t either.”
