Channing Nicole Larry’s cause of death has been confirmed.

Emerging rapper and singer Enchanting, from Fort Worth, Texas, was known for songs such as ‘No Luv’ and ‘Track & Field.’

She was beginning to attract considerable social media attention, her YouTube channel had garnered four million views, and she had approximately 660,000 monthly streams on Spotify.

Sadly, it has been confirmed that Channing has passed away at age 26 and now, her cause of death has been disclosed.

After hearing the tragic news of Channing’s passing, people have taken to social media and paid tribute.

One fan writes: “Damn Enchanting. Rest easy baby girl!!!”

Another adds: “So sad, my deepest condolences to the family.”

“Such a talented young lady from what I saw. Such a loss,” a third pens.

Somebody else says: “RIP beautiful, sending hugs to her family and friends.”

Channing’s music career was promoted through social media, where she developed a loyal fan base.

In an interview with Essence, the rapper said she had no idea why her songs would gain so much traction.

“I don’t be expecting certain things to blow like they do,” Channing told the publication. “I just post s*** and I get on the internet and it’s every damn where.”

Her unique talent and style eventually caught the attention of 1017 Records, a label founded by rapper Gucci Mane.

She would even end up featuring on his 2020 mixtape ‘Gucci Mane Presents: So Icy Summer.’

In a 2023 profile by the Dallas Observer, Channing said she was proud to be part of a more women-dominated hip-hop game.

She commented: “It’s looking hopeful for more and more women to just continue to blow up. I feel like it was a male-dominated sport, but now it’s becoming more feminine-dominated. I love that for the girls.”

Channing’s hopes and ambition for her music career add to the tragedy of her passing.

TMZ reported that the rapper’s family decided to turn off her life support after she fell unconscious the day prior.

Newsweek reports that Channing died after being taken off life support following a drug overdose.

The 26-year-old was reportedly trying to ‘get clean’ before her passing.

A representative from Channing’s management team confirmed her death, claiming she was suffering from withdrawal symptoms.

They told The Shade Room: “She came to my house the last four days to get clean. She tried her best, and I did everything I could to help her.”
