Chris Brown is going viral after throwing a fan’s phone off stage as she wouldn’t get off it.
The 33-year-old artist is one of the most successful R&B artists of his generation.
He is often referred to as the ‘King of R&B’ – and his stage presence has been likened to that of Michael Jackson.
However, Brown sparked controversy during one of his most recent shows.

During his concert in Berlin, Brown brought a woman on stage to perform a lap dance on her – but she appears to be more interested in filming the moment rather than enjoying it.
Seemingly frustrated by this, he grabs her phone and hurls it into the crowd.

Footage of the moment is circulating on TikTok, and it shows the woman sitting on a chair while his dancers perform around her to the song ‘Take You Down’.
Following the end of the performance, the stage is plunged into darkness.

In another TikTok video, fans are seen trying to track down the fan’s phone so that it can be returned to her.
Now, Brown has addressed the incident and he’s made his feelings pretty clear.
Sharing the moment on Instagram, he writes: “F*** dat phone.”
He adds: “Shawty got her phone back too…”

Fans have been reacting to the moment in their thousands and it’s fair to say not everyone agrees.
One person writes: “He should have stopped the song got her off stage and got a new girl.”
“Why even take the phone on with you,” adds another.
A third says: “I think this was a nervous reaction with the phone. She probably didn’t know what to do.”
While a fourth comments: “She fully deserved that. More interested in her reflection rather than being on stage with Chris Brown.”
The incident comes after Brown lashed out on social media over criticism about his historical domestic violence charges.
In 2009, Brown was charged with felony assault after an altercation with then-girlfriend Rihanna.
He believes that other celebrities haven’t been targeted as much as he has for similar controversies.

In a number of posts on his Instagram Stories, Brown claims that he hasn’t been given a ‘second chance’.
He pens: “If y’all still hate me for a mistake I made as a 17-year-old, please kiss my whole entire a**.
“I’m f***ing 33! I’m so tired of y’all running with this narrative. You weird a** ***** are the same ones that tune in every week to see Blueface and Chrisean beat the f*** out of each other in front of the world.
“But that’s OK? It’s entertainment? All y’all can suck my d*** disrespectfully.”
He then proceeds to name a number of other celebrities who had been accused of similar crimes to the one he pleaded guilty to in court.
