Chrissy Teigen has revealed she received a text from Meghan Markle when her son, Jack, tragically died last year.

The 35-year-old, who is married to John Legend, described the Duchess of Sussex as ‘wonderful and so kind’ while appearing on What Happens Live!.

She said: Yeah, she’s been so kind to me ever since we connected.

“She had written to me about baby Jack. But yeah, she is really wonderful and so kind – just as kind as everyone says she is.”

Andy Cohen – who hosts the show – and the model then discussed Prince Harry and Meghan’s Oprah interview, which recently aired on CBS

She said: “I think when I ended up watching it, it was like ‘Holy f*** this is big’.

“But also I waited a long time to watch it, so I’d already heard so much about it.”

When asked if the Duchess had told her any exclusive bits of information, Teigen stated: “No. I think she’s been very honest [and] open. I think her truth has been her truth since the very beginning.”

In the tell-all, Markle revealed that she was feeling suicidal when working as a Senior Royal.

The 39-year-old confessed: “But I knew that if I didn’t say that [to Harry], I would do it [hurt myself]. I just didn’t want to be alive anymore.

“That was a very clear and real and frightening constant thought.”

However, not everybody was convinced by her story.

Piers Morgan quit Good Morning Britain after he refused to apologise for comments he made about her and celeb biographer Andrew Morton spoke out and said it left him ‘baffled‘.

He told Lorraine: “Yes that was a very sad admission but it left far more questions than answers.”
