A dentist has taken to social media to share the top five ‘worst’ cereals that people can eat based on sugar content.
Dr Ryan uploaded a clip on TikTok, warning his followers what cereals they should be avoiding when shopping for their breakfast at the supermarket.
The expert captioned the post: “I love cereal but it can be so bad for your teeth!”
Starting off, Dr Ryan showed Curiously Cinnamon, which probably wasn’t too much of a surprise for viewers.
But this was then followed by Frosties, chocolate-flavoured Shreddies, Crunchy Nut, along with Crunchy Nut Clusters.
So far, the clip has been viewed over 1.5 million times and has received more than 87,000 likes.
However, many of his followers admitted that they had been left gutted by the video, as they had found that most of their favourite cereals had made the cut.
One wrote: “So basically all the nice ones then.”
Another added: “Leave Curiously Cinnamon out of this.”
“You picked my favourite ones,” a third fumed.
“I’m scared to eat certain things in case my teeth fall out. So I panicked that Weetabix would be there,” a fourth admitted.

As so many viewers were left disappointed that they could no longer eat their favourite cereals, Dr Ryan decided to share five ‘not bad’ alternatives, which he said he had based on sugar content.
Unsurprisingly, this included Weetabix, Shreddies, Rice Krispies, cornflakes and to many people’s delight, Coco Pops.
