Dog the Bounty Hunter has claimed he has ‘provided authorities with DNA evidence’ that he believes will help find missing Brian Laundrie.

The reality star, whose real name is Duane Lee Chapman, originally said he wouldn’t be handing over any tips to the authorities. However, he’s now told Fox News’ Fox and Friends he discovered ‘some promising things’ and ‘turned them over’.

He said: “Friday, we found a makeshift, a very primitive camp that had some promising things around it so we’ve gathered up all those things with gloves and baggies and turned them over yesterday to the FBI.

“We’ve got tips from here to Tennessee and beyond.

“So we are going over those tips today.”

Elsewhere in the New York Post report, Dog the Bounty Hunter claimed he is continuing to work on the alleged sighting of Laundrie near the Appalachian Trail

Earlier this week, a hiker, called Dennis Davis, told a 911 operator he was ‘99.99% sure’ he had spoken to Laundrie, who appeared ‘dazed’ when asking for directions to California.

Laundrie has not been seen since September 14. Reportedly, he was the last person to have been seen with Gabby Petito before her body was tragically found in a campsite in a National Park in Wyoming.

Earlier this year, Petito shared a picture of the couple, who were engaged, in the Appalachian Trail area as they celebrated her 22nd birthday.

The YouTuber vanished while holidaying with her fiancé in a campervan.

Laundrie’s sister, Cassie, recently made headlines when she said she ‘doesn’t know’ if her parents are involved in her brother’s disappearance.
