Woman Slams Airline After Being ‘Dress Coded’ On Flight

A woman has slammed an airline after being ‘dress coded’ on a flight. 

The TikToker, known only as Jacy, went viral after posting a clip of herself on July 11 holding up a T-shirt against a pink corset.

Text on the video claimed: “Bro, I got dress coded on a Southwest flight? Are we in high school? Are you upset about my shoulders? It’s 102 degrees. My torso is fully clothed?

“And it caused a scene because some sweet lady stuck up for me and then got kicked off the flight. Whoever grandma complained about me… catch me outside bich.”

In the caption, she added: “Give me my money back smelly h*** @southwestairlines, or send me a bottle of expensive champagne.”

So far, the clip has accumulated a whopping 556,000 views on the social media platform and many viewers have taken to the comments.

One responded: “Nothing wrong with that outfit.”

Another added: “It’s because you’re hot and they’re jealous.”

“The way I would make a SCENE,” wrote a third.

A fourth person questioned: “Why is there a dress code on the plane?”

In a follow-up clip, Jacy recalled the alleged incident in further detail. She claimed that when on board the plane, a flight attendant approached her and tapped her on the shoulder. Apparently, they then told her to ‘cover up’.

The woman claimed: “A lady tapped on my shoulder and she was like, ‘Do you have a jacket or something?’. You need to cover up.”

Supposedly, the flight attendant insisted that she would get Jacy a shirt. However, she refused and another passenger ended up intervening and defending her.

This other woman was then removed from the plane and later on, she tweeted: “Hey friends just got pulled off a @southwestairflight because I advocated for a young woman being shamed and harassed by an employee for wearing a tank top that was deemed too revealing. The employee became defensive when I asked about what rules the young woman was breaking.

“She responded with, ‘She is wearing a corset and this is a family company. Some people find it offensive’. I then told the employee that I felt threatened and offended by the man directly behind me wearing a ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ shirt, and she did not care.”
