An Eight-Year-Old Boy Has Spent The Past Two Years Growing His Hair To Make Wigs For Kids With Cancer

A kindhearted little boy has spent the past two years growing his hair, all in the pursuit of making wigs for kids who have been diagnosed with cancer.

One day Thomas Moore saw that his mum was watching a video on Facebook about a little girl who had lost her hair to cancer, upset, he decided he wanted to do something to help.

For the next two years, the boy grew out his hair and gave it to kids who had lost their hair during chemotherapy treatment.

To Thomas’s surprise, his hair grew a lot longer than he expected it to, which meant he had enough hair to produce three wigs!

His aunt, Amber Ray, decided to post a before and after photo onto Twitter and it has now been shared over 52,000 times and been liked by over 100,000 people. There’s no doubt they are just as amazed by the little’s boy dedication and kindness.

One person commented: “Please tell your nephew he is a wonderful young man. God bless him.”

Another added: “Beautiful boy beautiful heart.”

A third wrote: “Kids like this give me hope for our future.”
