Elliot Page has claimed that he had a secret relationship with a very famous actress.
Page is a Canadian actor best known for his roles in Juno, Inception and the hit Netflix series The Umbrella Academy.
He recently released a memoir, titled ‘Pageboy’, and during its promotion, he revealed that at one point, he was romantically involved with a fellow celebrity.

Page came out as gay in 2014 and six years later, would come out as a trans man.
He took to social media and shared a heartfelt statement which said: “I love that I am trans. And I love that I am queer. And the more I hold myself close and fully embrace who I am, the more I dream, the more my heart grows and the more I thrive.
“To all trans people who deal with harassment, self-loathing, abuse and the threat of violence every day: I see you, I love you and I will do everything I can to change this world for the better.”
In Page’s memoir, he opens up about a relationship he apparently had with a ‘closeted’ actress.
But this isn’t the only romance he touches upon in his memoir.
The X-Men: The Last Stand star also claims he and a Juno co-star slept together ‘all the time’ while filming.
He recalled: “It was on. I had an all-encompassing desire for her, she made me want in a way that was new, hopeful.
“It was one of the first times someone would make me c**, the first time I would open up.
“Her hotel room, in our trailers at work, once in a tiny, private room in a restaurant… We thought we were being subtle.
“Being intimate with her helped my shame dissipate. I didn’t see a glint of it in her eyes and I wanted that – done feeling wretched about who I am.”
Page says that after he came out as gay he experienced a ‘time of exploration’. One aspect of this exploration allegedly involved a secret relationship with an A-list actress.
This alleged relationship took place while they were filming 2014’s X-Men: Days of Future Past.
The Hard Candy star says this actress was ‘the first person I fell for after my heart was broken’.
She ‘had a boyfriend at the time, the lovely and talented Max Minghella’, Page revealed.
Minghella was reportedly supportive of the pair exploring their feelings for one another.
Page claims the star told him: “I never thought I could be in love with two people and now I know I can.
“I think my relationship, or whatever you want to call it, very much encapsulates a certain dynamic that I consistently found myself in, which was falling for people that – I think a lot of us do this – who aren’t fully available.”

Page goes on to claim that he and the actress are still close, adding: “I think the love and care that we have for each other is its very own special thing.
“Separate from the intimacy that I write about.”
The actress Page claims he was romantically involved with is Kate Mara.
Mara and Minghella went their separate ways after four years of dating and the actress is now married to actor Jamie Bell, with whom she shares two kids. Mara is also stepmother to Bell’s son, Jack, whom he shares with ex-wife Evan Rachel Wood.
Page adds that Mara has read his memoir and is supportive of it, as per MailOnline.
