Elon Musk has ‘changed his name’ on Twitter after reportedly being ‘threatened by a Russian dictator’ over the situation in Ukraine.
It all started when the SpaceX founder took to the social media platform and challenged the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, to a ‘single combat’ fight.
He said: “I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine.”

Musk then tagged the Kremlin’s official Twitter account, adding: “Do you agree to this fight?”
Following this, the billionaire received a telegram from Ramzan Kadyrov, an ally of Putin’s, who is head of the Chechen Republic.
It apparently translated as: “Elon Musk, a word of advice. Don’t measure your strength against that of Putin’s. You’re in two completely different leagues.
“Vladimir Vladimirovich will look unsportsmanlike when he beats the hell out of you, a much weaker opponent.”
It continued: “Therefore, you’ll need to pump up those muscles in order to change from the gentle (effeminate) Elona into the brutal Elon you need to be.
“You will return from the Chechen Republic a completely different Elona, that is, Elon.”

Musk responded to the message by changing his name on the site to Elona, before tweeting: “Thank you for the offer, but such excellent training would give me too much of an advantage.
“If he is afraid to fight, I will agree to use only my left hand and I am not even left-handed.
“Elona.”
Users on the site commented on how serious the Russian dictator must have taken the ‘threat,’ with one saying: “It’s funny how you are just playing around, but they are taking fighting you super seriously.
“They are literally doing an analytical breakdown of how the fight would go.”
However, another didn’t see the humorous side of the situation and wrote: “You can donate to Ukraine instead of making fun of it like that. Ukraine needs help it’s no joke.”
