Family Fortunes Viewers Left In Hysterics Over X-Rated Question Asked To Contestants

Family Fortunes viewers were left gobsmacked when presenter Gino D’Acampo asked an X-rated question which nobody had been expecting.

On an episode of the newly relaunched Family Fortunes, the Popat family was asked by presenter Gino D’Acampo an X-rated question. From the host’s face alone, it was clear to see that it was difficult to keep the laughs in.

When the Popat family went against the Wilson family in a head to head round, they were asked the question: “Name something you put in your mouth but do not swallow.”

As I’m sure you can imagine, this created a few raised eyebrows and funny looks.

Hilariously, Kash from the Popat family hit her buzzer immediately and presumably, her answer was indeed X-rated as it was censored out.

Immediately, the audience roared with laughter and the rest of Kash’s family were left in stitches at her answer.

While laughing, the contestant said “my grandma’s going to watch this,” after she realised she had said the first thing she had thought of aloud.

As it’s a show meant for the whole family to watch, the answer unsurprisingly didn’t make it into the top seven possible answers.

After watching the show, viewers took to Twitter to say how funny they found the episode.

One user wrote: “Wow. Just caught up with family fortunes. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard!! I wonder what the censored answer was?

A second said: “What a great piece of entertainment to lighten up these dark times, hilarious well done Kash. Gino’s face [was] a picture.”

Meanwhile, a third joked that “she said it,” alongside an emoji of an eggplant.

Many viewers were keen to know exactly what Kash had said and one person commented: “What was the word bleeped out on Family Fortunes tonight? It’s driving me mad.”

Family Fortunes is airing every Sunday night at 8 pm on ITV.
