Viewers Left Absolutely ‘Traumatized’ By ‘Terrifying’ Horror Movie
Viewers have been left completely ‘traumatized’ by a ‘terrifying’ horror film on streaming platforms.
As spooky season approaches, viewers are diving into the horror collections on streaming platforms to prepare for the most haunting night of the year.
Of course, the offering is rather large, with over eight thousand horrors to choose from on Netflix alone.
But one in particular has left people pretty ‘traumatized,’ and it’s resurfaced following its release all the way back in 2009.
Despite being over a decade old, it has recently found a new lease of life on streaming services, and viewers are taking to social media to react to it.

One viewer said: “I am disturbed for life.”
Another added: “I saw it when it first came out in 2010. It is the MOST disturbing movie I’ve ever seen.”
A third described it as ‘the most f***ed up movie’ they have ever watched,” while another remarked: “I don’t know why they decided to let that traumatic movie available for all.”
Somebody else shared: “The ending left me traumatised. I love the Conjuring, Paranormal movies but this is the most upsetting by far!”
However, not everyone is sharing the same sentiment as others.
One said: “Wow, just read a little story about people who watched this on Netflix… a horror movie, they are complaining about a horror movie being traumatizing… IT’S A HORROR MOVIE!!!”
Another added: “If you are that much of a wallflower just don’t watch horror movies.”

The horror movie in question is Splice, and it follows the story of two scientists who begin experimenting with DNA to create a human-animal hybrid.
It stars numerous famous faces, including Adrien Brody (The Pianist) and Sarah Polley (Dawn of the Dead).
Despite being told by their employers that they need to shut down the project, the pair continues to keep it as their not-so-little secret.
Eventually, they manage to develop a rather creepy, living-and-breathing female creature named Dren, and the two scientists become co-parents.
However, as with any scientific project in a horror film – Dren starts to go rogue and trouble starts to brew.
Who could have predicted that?
