A woman received a series of ‘disturbing’ messages when on a plane recently.
Australian actress Georgia-May Davis posted a video on TikTok which she captioned: “You lost me at ‘Chad’.”
In the clip, she revealed that a fellow passenger was attempting to chat her up by sliding in her DMs through the inflight system.

Text on the footage read: “There is no way this is happening on my flight.”
Cringely, the guy started off their short-lived chat by saying: “Hru [How are you]?”
In response, Davis replied: “Lol, good.”
Despite the lack of enthusiasm, ‘Chad’ pursued the conversation and cut to the chase, asking: “Where u stayin?”
When Davis didn’t reply, he bluntly added: “I’m tryna hit.”
The actress’s post quickly went viral and hundreds took to the comments and slammed the ‘creepy’ guy.
One responded to the video: “And they say romance is dead.”
“Oh yay, another thing to worry about when travelling alone,” a second wrote.
A third viewer commented: “Federal prison. Call the air marshall.”

Someone else joked: “When their name is chad it’s an INSTANT red flag.”
Others took to the comments and said that if the mysterious ‘Chad’ was ‘cute’, they would potentially reconsider.
One admitted: “My toxic trait is that I would fall for this.”
“But sis… He’s in 4C so at least first class,” another pointed out.
In agreement, a third said: “God, I’d fold even if he was SLIGHTLY cute.”
“Is this a sign to text a cute guy on my flight today?” one viewer asked.
