Good Morning Britain’s weather woman, Laura Tobin, was left ‘red-faced’ after ‘farting on air’.

On Tuesday’s episode of the daytime show, the meteorologist delivered the forecast in a pair of shiny leather trousers.

But halfway through the day’s predictions, the studio was interrupted by a loud ‘farting’ sound.

Hilariously, it turned out that Tobin’s pants were responsible for the noise. After learning this, the other presenters erupted into hysterics.

The weather woman said: “I knew you were going to do that. I’m not even moving!

“So because I’m wearing a pair of sustainable pleather trousers…”

At this very moment, the pants decided to make another suspicious sound.

Cheekily, presenter Susanna Reid joked: “It’s not because of what you’ve had for breakfast?”

Embarrassed, Tobin insisted: “I haven’t even had breakfast yet!”

She added: “In these trousers, I can’t eat anything and there’s a whole cupboard of sweets waiting for me and I can’t eat any of them.

“Erron the director thought it was hilarious that when I sit down, the trousers ride up.

“I had to ask our floor manager to pull my trousers down… not like that.”

This isn’t the only time that Tobin has suffered a mishap while presenting on GMB.

Earlier this month, the weather woman headed out to Thorpe Park to test out a new ride on behalf of the show.

But she was left ‘mortified’ when her skirt blew all the way up while she was on a rollercoaster.

At the time, she joked: “Oh my God I should have worn leggings!”
