Victoria Beckham’s daughter, Harper Beckham, reportedly said the Spice Girls’ skirts were ‘too short’.
The fashion designer told Vogue Australia that her 10-year-old child believes the girl band’s outfits ‘were just unacceptable’.
She told the publication: “She actually said to me recently, ‘Mummy, I’ve seen some pictures of you when you were in the Spice Girls and your skirts were just unacceptable. They were just too short’.”

Beckham added that her husband, David, agreed with their daughter, and commented: “‘Absolutely, Harper! They really, really were’.”
The 48-year-old continued: “And she was actually quite disgusted at how short my skirts were.
“I said, ‘Are you never going to wear skirts like that?’. She said, ‘Absolutely not’. We’ll see.”
The mum-of-four went on to say that her daughter is ‘not one of these kids who are going out with a full face of makeup and a crop top’.

Elsewhere in the interview, Beckham opened up about the ‘cruel’ world of social media and how she worries about her child using it when she’s older.
She explained: “Seeing how cruel people can be, yes it really does [concern me].
“She’s at that age where her body is going to start changing, but it’s about making sure that we communicate a lot as a family and she surrounds herself with nice friends.
“But it is quite terrifying, I can’t lie.”
Previously, Beckham revealed why she decided to leave the top-charting girl band in an interview with British Vogue.

Recalling watching Elton John in Las Vegas, she said: “It was a life-changing moment – while singing and dancing was fun for you, it wasn’t your passion. That day, you started your quest to uncover your own dreams.
“It was time to step away from being a Spice Girl. For the first time, you were venturing out on your own, and it was terrifying. It was scary to close a chapter that defined you.”
