Holly Willoughby, who recently left viewers in hysterics with a text blunder, has disgusted fans with a ‘grim’ confession on her By The Light Of The Moon podcast.
The TV presenter was chatting with fellow This Morning host, Alison Hammond, when she revealed she once had to use Ruth Langsford’s toothbrush while getting ready for the programme.
It all started when Hammond shared her own routine for getting ready, saying: “They literally transform me [the team]. I literally rock up looking homeless at work, I look like a bag lady.

“I go into this room, there’s Michelle, there’s Sarah and Mikey, and I come out looking like a Hollywood superstar.
“I love the clothes, I love the dressing room. I see what perfume Holly’s been using that week. I have a little spray, don’t tell her. I look at her shoes, I look at her clothes.”
Willoughby then interrupted: “I haven’t had to use your toothbrush yet.
“There was a time I had to text Ruth once, I went ‘I’m so sorry I’ve just used your toothbrush.”‘
“I was desperate. I replaced it.”

Bursting into laughter, Hammond replied: “Was you desperate babes?
“You can use my toothbrush anytime, just let me know,” to which Willoughby said: “Thanks, same, same.”
It comes as the star was recently blasted for the price of her new jewellery collection, which is part of her Wlyde Moon range.
Taking to Instagram, she revealed that one particular item in the range will set people back £475.
The post was captioned: “Which piece from the @wyldemoon x @kirstielemarque jewellery collaboration will you fall for this Valentine’s Day?
“Browse the full collection via the WYLDE MOON boutique.”
One angry follower commented: “£450 for a gold-plated necklace with diamond chips with no information as to their source? This is greedy profiteering at its best.”
