Iceland has launched a new range of burgers that look an awful lot like many McDonald’s favourites – but they come at the bargain price of just £1.50.

The Snacksters range boasts patties that are styled like the fast-food chain’s iconic burgers. You can choose from the Big Stack or the equally yummy-looking Spicy Stack.

For Big Mac lovers, the microwaveable Big Stack Burger comes with two double-cut buns, two juicy burgers, a slice of cheese and a secret sauce.

Alternatively, the Spicy Stack Burger includes a double bun, cheese and a little extra kick of spice.

Snacksters also has a choice of three paninis, the Four Cheese Panini, Peri Peri Chicken Panini, and a Ham and Cheese Panini. Like the burgers, they cost a bargain £1.50.

The Snackster’s range at the supermarket has been the talk of many foodies across social media.

In the Snacks News & Reviews group on Facebook, many have been saying these new McDonald’s style burgers look just as good as the real thing.

One person commented: “Trip to Iceland needed.”

A second said: “Perfect for junk food on Saturday night.”

While a third wrote: “Oh might have to try some of these.”

“I’d give them a try,” added another.

Tagged a friend, someone else said: “Some of these sound amazing.”

However, some said they’d still be forking out that little bit extra for McDonald’s version instead.

“Why would you get these when you can spend an extra 50p and get the actual Big Mac and fries?” a person asked.
