I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here bosses have been accused of providing the celebs with ‘hot water, cigarettes, and heating’.

According to the Daily Mail, insiders have claimed that the campmates have it quite comfortable inside the castle, despite their grim-looking surroundings.

However, these allegations have been slammed by the production team who has insisted there are no luxuries.

An ITV boss has said that the celebs in the smaller camp, known as The Clink, have been put in a ‘primitive’ environment where they will have to work to receive any warm water.

Apparently, if they manage to complete the tasks, a ‘switch’ will be put on to make it hotter.

They explained: “There’s a very primitive shower camp but most of their daily lives will be within a cramped and claustrophobic courtyard, all their cooking, eating, washing up, and the chores they do will all happen outside.

“They are really going to be on top of each other for the first few days.”

They added: “It is a much smaller living space; they do get to sleep inside at least but there will be no beds for them – they will sleep on the floor.”

According to producers of the programme, this series will be one of the ‘toughest ever’.

After the show is aired on ITV each day, one or multiple campmates will be sent to do the Bushtucker Trial at night, which means that if they win any food they won’t see it until the early hours of the morning.

The celeb line-up this year includes Richard Madeley, Naughty Boy, Frankie Bridge, Danny Miller, and Snoochie Shy.
