Jennifer Aniston’s Friends: The Reunion selfie has sparked a huge backlash.

The 52-year-old recently shared a string of photos on Instagram, which she captioned: “Still basking in all the love from the #FriendsReunion. Thank you each and every one of you.”

However, her followers were left fuming over the second photo, which shows David Schwimmer sat on the famous orange sofa alongside Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey.

One wrote: “No reason for Hailey and Justin Bieber to be there.”

“I do wish it was longer though, with more cameos rather than Bieber and others,” another fan remarked.

A third questioned: “I still don’t understand why Justin Bieber was there?”

But others jumped to the famous couple’s defense and argued that they’re big fans of the show.

One Bieber fan pointed out: “He has loved the show for years and during the first year of his career he used the name Chandler Bing when booking hotel rooms.”

“Because he adores Friends! Him and Hailey watch it every single day. Justin has suffered with anxiety a lot and he has said that watching Friends has helped him a lot in those moments,” another stressed.

Other fans were annoyed by the special because they believe James Corden ruined it.

Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: “Could you imagine watching all those seasons of Friends and thinking ‘what this really needs is James Corden’.”

Another added: “The main factor that makes this Friends reunion unwatchable is James Corden.”

“I’m a little miffed at James Corden being the guy to do the Friends reunion. I like him but… it’s such a weird choice to me,” a third mused.
