Jennifer Garner fans are concerned for the actress following the news that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are now husband and wife.
The 13 Going On 30 star was married to Affleck from 2005 until 2018 and the pair share three kids together, Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, who they amicably co-parent.
However, many fans believe Affleck ‘wasted her time’ as he was ‘probably in love with his ex the whole time’.

One person wrote on Twitter: “Absolutely loathe the rhetoric that JLo and Ben Affleck are soul mates and had to ‘wait for the right time’. Jennifer Garner was married to that man for 13 years, is mother to their three children, and saw him through the darkest days of his personal life and career #Bennifer.”
“I don’t give a damn about celeb life but as a big fan of Jennifer Garner (since 2005), I f***ing hate Ben Affleck,” another tweeted. “He is a scumbag and definitely did not treat Jen well. And now he got f***ing married to J-Lopez. That just seems unfair for wasting Jen’s 13 years.”
Another penned: “You know Jennifer Garner is wondering if Ben Affleck was still in love with Jennifer Lopez the entire duration of their marriage. How many times she must have asked, ‘Do you still love her?’. And all the times he lied and said ‘Hell no, I’ve never loved anyone like I love you’.”
Lopez and Affleck are said to have got together shortly after J-Lo called off her engagement from Alex Rodriguez in April.

It’s not the first time the pair, dubbed ‘Bennifer’ by the press, have been in a relationship as they originally dated in mid-2002 until early 2004 and were engaged to be married.
However, it wasn’t meant to be and they ended up calling off their nuptials just four days before due to ‘excessive media attention’.
Months after their split, Affleck began dating Garner who he met on the set of Pearl Harbour.
They wed a year later in a low-key ceremony in Turks and Caicos and remained married for 13 years.
In 2015, they announced their separation and jointly filed for divorce. However, Affleck admitted it was ‘the biggest regret of his life’ during an interview.
He told The New York Times: “It’s a painful experience, even if you’re on the best possible terms and you agree it’s the best choice.”
