A Joe Biden robot is coming to Disney World, Florida, this August.

Disney’s creative teams have been busy programming the Audio-Animatronics replica, using a recording of his voice, and it will join Florida’s Hall of Presidents next month.

It will stand alongside fellow robotic presidential figures—like Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, and John F. Kennedy.

Like the other animatronics, Biden’s bot hascarefully tailored clothing’ and will be set amongst props, furniture and documents on the Hall of President’s stage.

Visitors to the attraction will be able see peach blossoms that represent the 78-year-old’s home state of Delaware.

The Hall of Presidents runs a short, 25-minute show detailing American history and featuring speeches from all those who served in office throughout the years.

It’s been confirmed the droid of former president Donald Trump will also remain on-site, despite protests.

According to the Associated Press, people have been petitioning for Disney to keep the Trump robot silenced. But these efforts have been to no avail.

The attraction has been a feature of the park ever since it opened in 1971, and over the following 50 years, it has sought to bring to life ‘the heritage of the United States and [share] the symbolic importance and uniqueness of the office of the President’.

Originally, the Hall of Presidents was meant to feature wax figures, similar to those found at Madame Tussauds in Windsor.

However, Walt Disney was not impressed by these suggestions so tasked the park’s creative teams with developing the first Audio-Animatronics in human form.
