The moment Johnny Depp ‘made eye contact with Amber Heard’s sister’ during his defamation trial against the actress has gone viral.

The 58-year-old appeared to look directly at Whitney Henriquez when she was testifying on the stand.

It happened when Heard’s sister was telling the jurors that Depp’s alleged drug and alcohol use was what would fuel a lot of the former couple’s supposed ‘fights’.

Henriquez claimed: “It seemed to oscillate pretty quickly. He’d be sober for a bit then fall off the wagon and it would go back and forth.

“At first Amber was Amber, she was loud, fun, funny, she laughed a lot, was this happy, bright, fun, loving thing surrounded by friends.

“A progression took over such a long period of time. It was like watching a slow-motion gunshot.”

She added: “She stopped sleeping, not as loud, not as gregarious.”

Elsewhere in her testimony, Heard’s sister claimed that the star became ’emaciated’ during her marriage to the actor, adding that she ‘wasn’t sleeping, developed a heart condition’ and that ‘her eyes were sunken in’.

Henriquez went on to claim that the Pirates of the Caribbean star would become ‘very angry’ and say ‘nasty things’ after he had drunk alcohol, testifying: “When he was drinking he’d get very angry and say really nasty unkind things, usually about Amber. Horrible, horrible, horrible things.”

After being pressed for examples of what Depp would allegedly say, she continued with her claims, alleging: “Pardon my language, f***ing c***, f***ing used up trash bag, slimy w****, saggy w****. F***ing c*** was thrown out a bunch. Horrible things like that.”
