A woman has gone viral after yelling that ‘Johnny Depp is the father of her baby’ in the courtroom of his defamation trial.

The bizarre moment took place when the Pirates of the Caribbean star was battling out his lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard.

According to Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy, the woman ‘stood up at the back of the courtroom’ and shouted out the claims.

She explained: “All of a sudden, this woman… she stands up at the back of the courtroom with her baby, and she says, ‘Johnny I love you, our souls are connected’.

“She held up the baby and said, ‘This baby is yours’. The deputy was like, ‘You’re outta here’.

“It was pretty wild. It was a moment.”

Depp reportedly waved in the direction of the woman, who was apparently escorted out of the room and her visitor wristband was then taken away.

Supposedly, Levy tracked down the woman who yelled out in court and questioned her on why she made the claim.

Reportedly, the courtroom spectator said that she came up with the idea along with her husband. They apparently ‘thought it would be funny’.

Chatting to Law&Crime Network, Levy added: “Just FYI everybody. Johnny Depp does not have a third baby out there that was at the courthouse today.”

According to The Washington Post, the press is battling it out with the public to get wristbands to see the high-profile case.

It’s believed that around 100 wristbands are made available each day, at 7am.

The publication has claimed that some Depp fans have even camped outside the courthouse, in order to secure themselves a spot when it comes to the trial.
