The moment Johnny Depp appeared to ‘laugh’ at Amber Heard’s sister as she testified in court has gone viral.

Depp appeared to be amused by Whitney Henriquez’s testimony, in which she claimed that the former couple’s arguments would result in things ‘getting smashed’ up.

She alleged: “Every time they fought or had an argument, a device was going to get smashed. She lost a phone, a tablet, a computer. You could almost guarantee that something would get destroyed when they fought.”

It was at this point the 58-year-old appeared to laugh, before Henriquez continued, claiming: “Very often fights were, at least in part, surrounded by text messages or something that he would find on her phones.”

She went on to allege that the Aquaman star ‘was not even allowed to have passwords on her phone,’ or if she did, ‘Depp memorised it,’ adding: “There was zero expectation of privacy.”

Moment Johnny Depp Appears To ‘Laugh’ At Amber Heard’s Lawyer In Court

It’s not the first time that Depp’s actions have caught viewers’ attention during the trial.

Previously, the Pirates of the Caribbean star appeared to find humour in a comment made by his ex-wife, who made a claim about ‘alcohol and weed’.

It happened when Heard took the stand and was talking about one alleged altercation between the pair, claiming: “We take off and at some point, he’s asking me what’s wrong with me, do I have something to tell him… I already know that he’s drunk, I already know he’s using.

“He reeks of weed and alcohol, I mean his breath smelled so bad and I could anticipate that there was a no-win situation here.”

After she said this, Depp could be seen smiling with laughter, alongside one of his lawyers.
