Justyn Vicky Dead: Fitness Influencer Dies Aged 33 In Freak Accident

A heart-wrenching tragedy has struck the fitness community as they mourn the loss of Justyn Vicky.

Vicky, 33, was a strength training enthusiast and nutritional advisor with an impressive following of over 35,000 on Instagram.

Tragically, it’s been reported that the influencer died after being involved in a fatal accident.

According to reports, Vicky – from East Java, Indonesia – was attempting to squat-press a staggering 210kg at The Paradise Bali gym in Sanur.

As he tried to extend his legs under the immense weight of the barbell resting on his shoulders, disaster struck.

The heavy bar proved too much to bear, and he struggled to maintain his balance.

In a chilling moment, Vicky reportedly lost his footing and came crashing to the ground, with the barbell landing on the back of his neck.

There was reportedly only one spotter behind him at the time, but sadly, they were powerless to prevent the devastating accident.

Immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, Vicky underwent emergency surgery for a broken neck and critical compression of vital nerves connected to his heart and lungs.

Despite the heroic efforts of the medical team, Vicky’s life could not be saved, and the fitness community lost a shining star.

Friends, fellow fitness enthusiasts, and those touched by the influencer’s positive impact have taken to social media to express their grief and pay tribute.

Gede Sutarya, a close friend, remembered Vicky as a kind, polite, and sociable person who generously shared his gym knowledge with others.

He said: “Vicky was a good person, polite, and sociable.

“He always shared knowledge about the gym. He also advised friends at the gym to be cautious and not exceed their capabilities during training.

“Only we ourselves can measure our own abilities. May Mas Vicky rest peacefully in the embrace of God and find a worthy place.”

The Paradise Bali gym has also shared a touching tribute on its social media platforms, acknowledging the profound impact Vicky had.

It wrote: “To our dear Justyn, your impact on our lives is immeasurable.

“Your legacy will live on through the countless lives you’ve touched, the transformations you’ve inspired, and the love and passion you infused into every moment we spent together.

“Rest peacefully, dear friend. You will forever remain in our hearts.”

Another friend echoed the sentiments of many.

They recalled: “He was always full of positive vibes and made me stay motivated.

“I’ll never forget his impact on my fitness journey. It’s a tough loss, but we’ll keep his spirit alive.”
