Kaley Cuoco explains why she doesn’t do s** scenes anymore.
The Big Bang Theory star, 37, has had a long career that has seen her star in acclaimed projects such as The Flight Attendant.
She also provides the voice for Harley Quinn in the Harley Quinn animated series – which has seen her win over a legion of comic book fans.
Despite starring in romantic comedies, Cuoco has now explained why she will no longer shoot intimate scenes with her co-stars.

Speaking on USA Today while promoting her upcoming series Based on a True Story, Cuoco confessed that she used a body double for s** scenes.
She explains: “I don’t roll that way. I need someone else to do that stuff.
“I’m past that. I’m not doing that anymore. Also, who wants to see that? Not my thing.
“I’d rather let someone else do it, and that’s what’s movie magic [is for]. We don’t have to do those things anymore. We can have someone else do it, and we can fake our way through.”
She also reveals that her co-star Chris Messina (The Mindy Project), who plays her on-screen husband, would actually use a stand-in for one scene where he played tennis.

The Man From Toronto actress was actually pregnant while filming, and appreciated having body doubles as her due date got closer and closer.
“I had to be on my feet a lot. It was a lot,” she adds.
“And by the end, I was nine months pregnant. So the fight scene at the end near the grave − the fantasy − a lot of that was done by my double because it was like I was literally about to give birth, like any second.”
Fortunately, Cuoco didn’t give birth until after filming so there were no surprise cameos throughout shooting.
She recently welcomed a baby daughter, Matilda, with her partner and actor Tom Pelphrey – who is best known for starring in the Netflix series Ozark.
They welcomed their newborn on March 30, with Cuoco confirming the happy news a couple of days later in a post on Instagram.
In a series of snaps of the happy family, the Alvin and the Chipmunks: Road Trip actress penned: “3-30-23. Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives!
“We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days.

“We are blessed beyond belief. Tommy Pelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did.”
Cuoco previously dated Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki – who played on-screen husband Leonard in the hit series – for two years, before they called things off in 2009.
She was also previously engaged to Josh Resnik and then married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting in 2013 – but they divorced in 2015.
Cuoco later married equestrian Karl Cook in 2018, but they separated in 2021 and their divorce was finalised in 2022.
